How do I secure my date with Wish Fairy Parties?
Once you contact our team with your required dates we will send you a preliminary quote, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance is paid in cash at the event or via FPS two days before the event.
How do I pay for my party?
We accept bank transfers and FPS
Do adults need to be present?
Yes. We care about the safety and well being of all children present and therefore at least 1 adult must be present at all times during the party to monitor and oversee all children. We encourage parents to be present to take photos and see the light in their child's eyes during there interaction with our performers.
Do you require any special arrangements?
This will be discussed with you at the time of the booking. We require access to a chair for the performer with enough space for the children to sit around in a circle. If your party is outside a clean shaded area for our performers is important for their health and safety as well as the safety of our costumes. If it begins to rain our performers will not be able to stay outside.
How much room do I need for an event?
While we do our best to adapt our activities to suit the space at hand, your performers ideally need enough room for your little guests to sit on the floor comfortably in a circle.
What are your booking terms in relation to Covid-19
Parents are responsible for ensuring compliance with government mandates. Parents are also liable for any fines in the event government rules are broken. All entertainers are fully vaccinated, boosted, and will do temperature checks before arrival.
